Presentation Outline:   PHP 7 Overview

While version 7 of PHP has been available since late 2015, many companies are just now looking at moving to the current version.  This session will explore various features of version 7, as well as highlighting those features/functions from earlier versions of PHP that are deprecated in the latest version.  Additionally, the session will take a look at migration strategies for moving from version 5 to version 7 of PHP and highlight how separate subsystems for version 7 and version 5 of the PHP engine on IBM i can be leveraged to perform a step-wise migration of your PHP application(s)
